Our ring bologna is made with 90% beef, 10% pork and then blended together with our own special recipe, they are then stuffed in an all-natural casing. There are no preservatives or additives in any of our ring bologna. These ring bolognas truly have a taste like no other.

Handling
To enjoy this one of a kind taste we have provided you with the best way to keep the ring bologna the freshest. The ring bologna can be refrigerated for approximately 7 days and frozen for approximately 6 months.

Preparation
Our ring bologna are already smoked and cooked. The best way to eat our ring bologna is boiled or even cold on a sandwich.

Each ring bologna will weigh about one pound.
