Our summer sausage is made with 90% beef and 10% pork and then blended with our own special recipe. There are no preservatives or additives in our summer sausage. This summer sausage truly has a taste like no other.

Handling
To enjoy this one of a kind taste we have provided you with the best way to keep the summer sausage the freshest. Our summer sausage can be refrigerated for approximately 7 days and frozen for approximately 6 months.

Preparation
Our summer sausage is already smoked. The best way to eat our summer sausage is cold with cheese and crackers or as a sandwich.

Our summer sausage comes in approximately 5 pound sticks. You can order it sliced or in solid sticks up to 5 pounds.
